By-law Enforcement Complaint Form

By-law Enforcement services are provided by Frontenac Municipal Law Enforcement. Any complaints need to be submitted to the Township office during regular business hours (Clerk's Department) using the complaint form below or by submitting a detailed email. Noise By-law complaints should be forwarded directly to Frontenac Municipal Law Enforcement at 613-541-3213 for immediate response.  Please Note - this number is an answering service only, please leave specific details and call back information.

Notice of Collection 

Personal information as defined by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), collected on this form and in attached documents, is collected and will be used in accordance with MFIPPA. Personal information will only be used by the Township of South Frontenac and Frontenac Municipal By-Law Enfocement Staff to process the complaint and to contact you in the future should staff require further information.
